Momma!!!!  First off where are Kaylee and Sydney going on their missions!!!!  Gosh no one tells me anything anymore hahaha!!!  But it sounds like it was a pretty crazy week for everyone!  I wish i couldve been there!  I miss swimming with all the little kids!  Gosh super jealous haha.

Well anyways this last week was SUPER crazy!  Work wise... sadly no.  But crazy nonetheless haha.  We have had a lot of other sisters staying in our room this week for meetings and what not so that was fun.  And also yesterday we did a service project that was SO cool!  So the Hope Alliance came here from Park City Utah!!  And a lot of them dont know Spanish so the assistants chose a couple companionships to help them out and we were lucky enough to be one of them!  What the Hope Alliance did was, well they collected about 10000 pairs of percription glasses that people didnt want and put them into a computer system.  Then they came here and we went to a little tiny town and they checked their eyes for free and then gave them free glasses.  And i got to translate for them!  It was kinda weird to translate for my first time but i finally realized how much spanish i actually know and it was pretty sweet!  It was also amazing to see how much it meant to these people who dont have any money or anything and who had the chance to recive the care they needed.  I really really enjoyed it.  I decided when i get home i am going to go on trips like that now! And that is why i am writing today and didnt write yesterday haha. 

Well this week was slow with teaching today but i am trying...  We just need to find new investigators....  I am super frusturated a lot of the time but i know things will get better.  We had trasfers yesterday and me and Hermana Pacheco are staying together another transfer.  I dont know exactly how i feel about that yet but i am going to make the best of it.  Oh and since she is sick all of the time we had to get rid of our pensionista and now we are going to make our own lunches everyday haha.  Thatll be fun!  I am sure everything will go great haha

The new mission president gets here tomorrow!!!  And thursday we have a zone meeting with him!  I am super excited to meet him and hermana rasmussen!  And i hope you will be able to go to President and Hermana Rowleys homecomming!

Yes i did get to watch the temple dedication and it was AMAZING!  The people here feel so blessed to have a temple so close!

And my companion is doing good.  Its Hermana Pacheco.  She misses her family a lot and a lot of times tells me she wants to go home but i am just trying to help her.  She is from mexico.  She has been through a lot and i am just trying to be her friend and do what i can for her.

Well that is it for my week.  I am hoping that this week will go SUPER good!  I think it will haha.  I love you all SOOO much!! Dont forget about me please haha!

Momma!!!  Sorry i dont have very much time today because we went on a super long hike this morning but it was SOOOO pretty!  We had to wake up at 4:30 to catch a bus to get there but it was SOO worth it!  I will send you some pictures later when we get to the apartment.  We havent found a new place to live so i think we are just going to stay where we are.  The sister that we live with basically gave us her whlole upstairs so its pretty much like we have an apartment now so i am pretty content where we are. 

This week was pretty slow again.  But me and my companion are getting along.  She has had it pretty hard so i am just going to be patient and work as hard as i can when we get out.  But shes funny and its all good. :)

I really am doing so good momma.  I love it here and things are good :) For real for real. My spanish is awesome and i can understand EVERYONE and i love it :)

I am so glad you got my pictrues and had a good fathers day!  I hope that everyone is doing good!  I did not get any pictures from you mother but i would love some :)

Momma...  I missed getting an email from you today but im sure you are super busy with some project haha so its all good.  I hope everything is going well at home with everyone.  

Well...  I wish i could say we had a busier week but... nope.  It was another rough week but hey its over now so thats good right haha.  My companion was sick a lot this week so a couple mornings we didnt get out a lot.  She thought she might have appendicitis so we almost went to the hospital too but we wound up just staying in the room...  Its super frusturating for me not to get out and go do something but i have been getting some good study time in so im geting something good out of it haha.  

This week was busy in different aspects though.  We had our multizone conference, room inspections, and interchanges with our sister leaders.  Multizone was SOOO good.  President talked a lot about the atonement and repentence and how we need to apply these things to ourselves as missionaries.  Also our musical number went really good! We didnt get much practicing in beforehand but it went really well and i am now signed up to play the violin in lots of different things so that will be fun hahaha.  

Our room inspections went well except... president told us we have to find a new place to live hahaha.  Where we are is nice but its super small, the family likes to yell, and sometimes they have parties there and there are people drinking just outside our door and President didnt like that too much.  So now we are looking for different rooms or apartments to live in but we havent found anything so far..  Hopefully this week we will find one.  Also President told me that I am going to pretty much be the translator for the new wife of President Rasmussen.  She is going to be in our ward and so i am supposed to go with her to buy things and show her around Piura because she doesnt speak any english and her and President Rasmussen arent together too much so wish me luck with that hahah!

Well, thats about it for my week.  I am hoping this week goes better and we have more people to teach! I love you all so much and i will talk to you next week!!!

Familia mia!!!  How are you all!  It sounds like you had a crazy week mom and dad hahaha!  Gosh i remember trek...  Mine wasnt as crazy as that though!  But almost haha.  It sounds like you had a great time though and that makes me happy 

Well this week was another slowwww week.  I dont know whats up with us!  Its super frusturating but i have lots of goals and i this week will be better. 

 This week me and Elder Parra(other elder in my ward, also assistant to the president) started teaching english in our ward and honestly it was the most hilarious thing ever hahaha!  There are actually a lot of people here that know a lot of english!  But i think that this will be a good way for us to find new investigators.  We challeneged everyone in our ward to bring a friend to the next class this saturday.  We will see how it goes this week haha. 

We have been working a lot with less active members because for some reason we are not having luck with our investigators or in finding new investigators!  I am really hoping that some good things happen this week... 

So tomorrow is our last multizone conference with President and Hermana Rowley!  And guess who got voulenteered to play the violin in a special musical number.........  Yeah im super nervous but itll be good.  Im playing the violin, Elder Parra is playing the piano and i think people are going to sing but im not really sure whats going on because they just told me about this yesterday and we have to do it tomrrow so we will see how it goes haha.  But i am really excited for tomorrow.  Itll be pretty sad but im excited to see how things go with the new president too.  He will get here the first of July and President Rowley leaves that same day so im sure his homecomming will be around then mother haha. 

Things with my companion have still been a little difficult.  She is really great and we are friends but she has lots of things that i just dont know how to deal with... I am trying to be a good example and im trying to encourage her as much as i can.  I just want to be obedient!  But we are getting there.. Slowly but surely... I am sure things will get better.

There was a birthday in my zone

Family!!!  How are you all!!  It sounds like everyone is doing good and that your are all super busy!  But thats a good thing right haha. 

Well this week was a slower one...  Me and my companion are getting along but she has made some bad habits that i am trying to work on...  She isnt really that obedient and likes to break lots of rules.  She always wants to call people in other areas on the phone (including elders!)  and its been kinda rough for me but we are getting better.  She also doesnt like to leave on time and her other companions told her it was okay to sleep in sunday on monday and we dont need to study these days either.  I am just trying to be the best example i can and it is slowly getting better haha.  But she is really nice and really funny.  We get along well but i still miss Hna. Rivera!!!  Itll take some time to get use to but thats okay.

This week we could hardly find anyone to teach!!!  We did get some new investigators and spent a lot of time with less actives.  This sunday 7 less active members came to church and 2 investigators as well!!!!!  I was super happy about that!  Also this week we taught one of our investigators named Annie.  We havent taught her in a while because she is never home but we decided to pass by and she was home!  We had such a good lesson with her and she came to church and is starting to progress!  The problem is is she has a problem with the word of wisdom.  She likes to go to parties and alcohol is usually involved.  We are going to teach her the word of wisdom this week and put a baptismal date so i am praying that everything goes well!!!  

Mom and dad!!!  I had such a good idea this week!!!  Well, when you come to pick me up its going to be next april.  Well, we are teaching this less active family and they want to be sealed in the temple!!  So we were talking the other night and they wanted to be sealed next april!!!  So i told them that you were coming and that we should go with them to get sealed with their 2 sons!!!  They thought it was a great idea as well!  So we will see what happens with that but are you down with a quick trip to trujillo next april 

I wish i couldve been at Averys farewell!  I know he will do soooo good and i am super excited for him!

I am so glad everything is going well at home and I miss you all tons! I am really loving my mission and i can see myself changing every single day. I will try to send some pictrues this week! I love you all soooo much!  Have such a great week!!
